Listing review
My wife and I stayed here on our wedding night. When we showed up, we were told that they "accidentally" gave our room away. So we waited in the lobby for half an hour (my new bride still in her wedding dress) while they got a room together for us. When we got all of our stuff up to the room, they had two seperate beds. I went back down to the lobby and asked for a single bed. The concierge rolled his eyes and then got on the phone. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there was no manager there (it was around 10 pm). After another half hour of waiting, we finally got a room with a lovely view of the dumpster, but by that time, we were too tired to continue to deal with the lousy service. I complained again on our way out the next morning and was offered a free breakfast. Thanks, that really tops it off. With all of the allure of the Emily Morgan, this placed racked up as my worst hotel experience ever. Avoid it if at all possible.
